Website and Essential: 3 business days. Business: 7. Pro: 10. The clock starts when I have everything I need from you, and it pauses while I wait for your feedback or approvals. So the faster you reply, the faster you launch. Need it sooner? Ask about a 24-hour rush when you apply (Website and Essential only).
It's the monthly fee that keeps your website online and your email working. It covers hosting and your small changes each month.
After the 12-month minimum, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Your website then goes offline at the end of the notice period, and you keep your domain, logo and design files. Email hosting ends when you cancel, so you choose your own provider, and I help with the handover. Payment and refund terms are in the agreement I send with your payment link.
Text, photos and small updates. Unused small changes don't roll over. A redesign or new pages are quoted separately.

Essential includes a logo designed by me, with changes to colours and fonts. Business and Pro include custom logo design, with 3 designs to choose from, and a more developed brand.
Yes. That's the Website package. Send your logo as a PNG and I build around it.
For Business and Pro, the 3 logo designs to choose from are a good place to start. You pick the one that feels right, then use your included rounds of changes. If you're still not happy, talk to me. I'd rather get it right than leave you with something you don't love.

One mailbox on your domain is included in every care plan. Extra mailboxes are $4 a month each. I set it up and send you the login.

I'm a graphic and web designer with 14 years of experience and more than 500 brand identities created for clients around the world.
